- Single Needle Lockstitch Machine.
A modern single-needle lockstitch machine featuring automatic thread trimming and precise needle positioning. It is equipped with the advanced FST cross-stitch system and a powerful motor for strong needle penetration and consistent fabric feeding. Electric motor control delivers stable, continuous operation, allowing smooth stitching over cross-stitches and fabric irregularities without loss of speed. An integrated LED light on the needle bar provides enhanced visibility during sewing.
FST Powerful Cross-Seam System
Driven by the Mighty Ape Platform Motor, this system delivers strong needle penetration and fabric feeding force, allowing seamless stitching over cross-seam areas and thick materials without any reduction in speed. The Fortress Electric Control ensures continuous, stable motor operation, maintaining performance regardless of environmental conditions.
Mighty Ape Platform Motor
High-torque, high-performance motor delivering exceptional power. With an ultra-large torque of 5.5 NM, it can pierce through up to 100 layers of paper, combining strength and precision for demanding sewing applications.
Fortress Electric Control
Highly adaptable and exceptionally stable, it operates reliably across an ultra-wide voltage range of 110–295V and can withstand electrostatic air discharges up to 12,000V.
