Jack A5E-BH-7 AMH2
- Single Needle, Heavy-Weight Lockstitch Machine with Smart Fabric Adaptive System.
The Jack A5E-B is a single-needle lockstitch machine with automatic functions, bottom feed, and an energy-efficient direct-drive motor. Its elongated design provides 30.5 cm from needle to body. A stepper motor controls stitch length and bartacking, while the Octopus Dual-Core AI chip adjusts machine settings in real time to fabric thickness. Increased torque ensures smooth penetration through multi-layered materials. Features include a thread trimmer cutting to 3.5 mm, three function buttons near the needle bar (1/2 stitch, add stitch, bartack), and a USB port for external device connectivity.
Smart Fabric Adaptive System
The Octopus Chip instantly detects changes in fabric and seams, calculating optimal sewing parameters in real time. The Vigorous Ape Motor delivers precise needle penetration and fabric feeding, enabling continuous, uninterrupted sewing across all fabric types.
Extended Machine Body
The enlarged workspace accommodates larger materials, with a 30.5 cm distance from the needle to the machine body.
Octopus Dual-Core AI Chip
The Octopus Dual-Core AI chip intelligently detects and responds to changes in material thickness in real time, optimizing machine performance for consistent, precise stitching.
Vigorous Ape Dual-Drive Motor
Delivers 4x faster motor response with a peak torque of 11.3 Nm and 22.5% higher power density. Its high-torque, enhanced engine dynamics provide greater penetration force and consistent performance.
Semi-Dry Head
The semi-dry head design eliminates oil supply to the needle bar drive mechanism, minimizing the risk of oil stains on fabrics. This oil-free system keeps both the machine and materials clean.
