4-Thread, Integrated differential feeding, high speed computerised overlock machine
Top & bottom differential feeding, solve problems such as misalignment and distortion of the upper and lower layers during sewing.
Top Feed
Thanks to the adjustment gear, it is easy to adjust the differential ratio between the upper and lower feed.

Automatic Chaincut
Thanks to the photocells, the electronic cutter is automatic at the start and/or end of the seam.
Automatic Footlifter
Also the presser foot lifter is controlled electronically and automatically thanks to the photocells which lift it before and/or after sewing.
Acceleration And Deceleration
Response increased by 14.3%: acceleration from 0 to 5500rpm in 100ms; deceleration from 5500rpm to 0 in 180ms.
Three Sewing Modes
Manual mode with full use of the pedal, semi-automatic with the use of the pedal for sewing but cutting and presser foot lift are automatic thanks to the photocells and finally automatic where the machine works only with the photocells.
Wide Adaptability
The double feed of the feed dog facilitates the processing of different types of material.
Mesh Fabric Mode
Avoid starting the seam when the photocells are covered by very thin or transparent material such as tulle and organza, guaranteeing a perfect seam.
Short Thread Cut
Thanks to the automatic electric trimmer controlled by the photocells, the cut is 8mm in front and 5mm in the back.
Industry 4.0
Thanks to the integrated WIFI module you can modify the parameters and control the productivity of the machine directly from the application. NB: a Jack gateway must be purchased for every 50 machines
