Triple Transport

This machine features synchronized movement of the feed dog, needle, and walking feet, ensuring powerful and consistent material feeding. Artificial Intelligence

An integrated AI chip instantly detects changes in material thickness and resistance, sending real-time data to the motor. This allows the machine to automatically increase needle penetration force and motor torque, ensuring smooth, stable stitching and improved feeding efficiency even on demanding materials.

Thickness Sensor

The built-in thickness sensor detects variations in fabric height and automatically activates the second alternating sewing foot along with the additional thread-tensioning system. This ensures optimal feeding, consistent stitch quality, and smooth performance throughout the entire seam.

Double Alternating Sewing Feet

Equipped with two adjustable knobs, this system allows the operator to set and switch between two alternating sewing feet. The feet can be activated automatically—based on material thickness or overlap detected—or manually, ensuring precise feeding and consistent stitch quality on varied fabrics.

Additional Thread Tension Device

A secondary thread-tension system can be activated either automatically—based on detected fabric thickness or overlaps—or manually. This ensures optimal stitch formation and consistent seam quality across a wide range of materials.

Double Stitch Length

For corners and other detailed seams that require shorter stitches, the Jack Z7 automatically adjusts the stitch length with the press of a button—eliminating the need to manually adjust the knob. This ensures precision and efficiency in complex sewing tasks.

Touch Screen Panel

The intuitive touch screen panel uses voice guidance and clear icons to quickly and easily activate or deactivate functions such as bartack, presser foot lifter, thread trimmer, and more. Long-pressing a button provides access to the function settings interface for advanced configuration and customization.

Electronic Handwheel

The integrated digital handwheel allows precise micrometric adjustments with simple rotation. A single click enables half-stitch operation, giving the operator full control for detailed sewing and accurate stitch placement.

Function Keys

Conveniently located on the machine head, the function keys allow quick access to frequently used operations. One key can be fully customized via the touch screen panel to perform a desired function, improving workflow and efficiency.
